Hi All – I know William shared the SCARF model by David Rock a few weeks ago.  I just wanted to revisit it, as it is particularly helpful for understanding the psychology or what drives conflict and disputes.  Have a look at let me know what you think?  Can most disputes or conflicts be stripped back to a party/parties sense of Status, Certainty, Autonomy, relatedness or sense of Fairness being threatened? And as mediators can we using the SCARF, get to the underlying issues and in turn by doing enable a fuller restorative mediation process?
